The Carlyle Bakery is renowned for the taste and quality of all of its products - however, its iconic cinammon buns have generations of fans, throughout Canada and beyond. Family members, friends, customers and generations of former employees came to Carlyle's Main Street to celebrate “Ray Day” - honouring the 70-year (and counting!) career of the Carlyle Bakery's Ray Lothian.
