Grade 10-12 students have final exams coming up soon. Thursday, June 20, PM: Apprenticeship Math 30; Monday, June 24, PM: Math 10, Social 20, ELAB30; Tuesday, June 25, AM: ELA B10, Biology 30; Tuesday, June 25, PM: Physics 30, Psychology 30; Wednesday, June 26, AM: Science 10, Pre-Calc 30.

Congratulations to all of the Grade 9 to 12 track and field athletes that competed in the District meet in Weyburn. It was a very hot day but we had a lot of great performances! Top 3 results: Midget Boys: Colby Cuddington – 2nd in Discus, Jonah Dyck – 1st in 3000m; 3rd in 1500m, Nathan Simons – 2nd in 1500m. Midget Girls: Trystan Barta – 1st in 100m & 200m; 3rd in Triple Jump, Madison Magotiaux – 2nd in Shot Put, Kaysha Turner – 3rd in Shot Put, Junior Girls: Taris Rae – 1st in 100m & Long Jump; 3rd in Triple Jump, Kendra Schultz – 3rd in Discus & Javelin. Special congratulations to Taris Rae who won the aggregate medal for the most points in her age class. Athletes finishing 1st or 2nd in their event have now earned the right to go on to the Provincial Track and Field Meet in Moose Jaw on June 7th and 8th. Going on to represent our school at provincials will be: Colby Cuddington, Jonah Dyck, Nathan Simons, Trystan Barta, Madison Magotiaux and Taris Rae. Good luck!

The grade 10 class will be heading to Big Muddy for a camping trip on June 5-7. The Grade 12 ELA B30 class is heading to Regina’s Globe Theatre on June 12 to see Beauty and the Beast. Thanks to the local business that made this possible.

Awards Afternoon will be held on Thursday, June 13th at 1:00PM. All family members are invited to attend.

ParenThe basketball season has now started and a busy season is ahead for the Sr. Boys. Practices run almost every Monday and Wednesday and tournaments are slotted in for Norquay, Stoughton, Estevan, Oxbow, Rocanville, Gravelbourg and Davidson. The completion of the season will be the SHSAA playoffs starting with Conferences in March and concluding with Hoopla on March 23rd and 24th!ts can contact the school for information about how to set up access.
