Homespun fever is in the air

The 33rd annual Homespun Craft Show & Sale will be held on Sept. 21 and 22 at the Carlyle Sports Arena..

Saturday, September 21 and Sunday, September 22 will mark the 33rd Annual Homespun Craft Show & Sale.  Dubbed “The Biggest Little Craft Show in Saskatchewan”, it takes place in the Carlyle Sports Arena from 10 am to 7 pm on Saturday and from 10 am until 4 pm on Sunday. 

         It features over 60 jury-selected vendors bringing everything from specialty foods to wooden board games and everything in-between. There will be a pancake breakfast on Saturday morning held at the Legion Hut on 5th Street West, just northwest of the Sports Arena, from 8 am to 10 am; a Soup and Sandwich lunch featuring homemade soups, sandwiches and pies inside the Arena from 11-4 and Supper in the Field will also be held inside the Arena from 5 to 7 pm.

         In addition to the Homespun Craft Show, the 17th Annual Quilt Show will be held at the Memorial Hall both days from 10 am to 4 pm.

         There is also the 15th Annual Bowan Rekken Memorial Moto-X track Race on Saturday, September 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
