Dubbed the “Biggest Little Craft Show in Saskatchewan”, Homespun celebrated its 33rd year on September 21 and 22.

In past years the show has welcomed thousands of people through its doors and this year was no exception. Organizer Nicole Currie estimates over 3,000 people took in the event.

With 63 vendors from Alberta, all the way to Ontario, it boasted a wonderful array of talents from décor to jewellery, wooden toys to pottery, intricately designed pop-up greeting cards to handmade pet accessories, handmade knives to laser cut metal signs, handmade clothing to wall art, and of course, food to tempt all of your taste buds.

Most loved vendors from previous shows were back and new vendors showcased their talents as well.  Currie says that you can’t help but appreciate the time, talent, passion and love that all of the artisans pour into their work.  She believes that this is what makes the show so exciting and brings the customers back year after year.
