          It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a dear husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.  Robert Boutin, of Manor, SK, died peacefully to eternal life on Thursday, February 15th at Deer View Lodge in Wawota, SK at the age of 82 years.  Dad was born on the family farm near Cantal, SK on April 10, 1935, son of Alcide and Flore-EmmaBoutin (née Donais).  He issurvived by his wife of over 50years, Solange (née Paulhus); his daughter Diane (Gilles-Brett, Courtney, Jaime-Lynn), his three sons, Roger (Lisa-Ty), Edward (Elaine-Cody), and Brian (Julie-Amélie, Jonah).  He is also survived by his sisters, Armande, Irène, Isabelle (Ken), Gisèle (Greg), Hélène (René), and Eveline (Roger); his brother Wilfrid (Alyse), as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  Robert is predeceased by his parents; his step mother Bernadette; close uncle Allyre; his sister Jeannette (Hervé & Alex); his brother Lionel (Marie Anna) & brothers-in-law Howard, Laurier.Dad raised his family on a mixed farm of grain and cattle.  Dad enjoyed socializing with all those who crossed his path in town at the café and in the countryside.  Dad was a model of finding balance between family, leisure and work.  He spent the later years of his life on road trips camping, dancing or jamming with his fellow musical friends.  Robert spent his final years at the Deer View Lodge in Wawota and appreciated the support of the health care professionals who cared for him and all the friends and family that visited him.  He will remembered for his jolly manner, contagious smile, and his gift of conversation.Prayers weresaid on Monday, February 19th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.  and the Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on  Tuesday, February 20th, 2018 at 2 :00 p.m.  Both services were held at Church of Our Lady in Carlyle, Saskatchewan with Father Yodel Cereno celebating. Interment followed at Manor Cemetery, Manor Saskatchewan. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Health and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan at www.hsf.ca.
