The children at the Arcola Daycare have been enjoying Cross Fit classes with Coach Amy from Living Skies Crossfit.
She has promoted physical activity and has made it fun for the kids. The class begins with various warm ups followed by a work out.
The children have been learning and improving many new gross motor skills.
