After much consideration I fell that I must resign from a couple of public positions I've had on and off over a number of years.
First off, as correspondent for Manor news, our community needs a representative to write the news. At the present time and in the future I can no longer do so, as I have been studying and travelling to Estevan for classes and have a number of goals I've set for myself.
Therefore, I am resigning my position on the Manor Library Board as well, a position I've had on and off since 1969.
I feel very strongly that volunteerism keeps our community the great place it is. I pray that some of the residents wills step forward and offer their talents to these two positions. It is your community and your community needs you. Step forward so our community can keep stepping up and out.
