Carlyle Dance Effex first season huge success

Carlyle Dance Effex held their first annual dance recital on Friday, May 6th to a sold out crowd at the Carlyle Memorial Hall Theatre. Dancers had the opportunity to show family and friends a year's full of hard work. A few small awards (sponsored by King's Dept Store) were handed out at the recital - Most Improved awards went to Jessica Moffat (0-6 years), Desiree Riddell (7-12 years) and Kelsey Hengen (13 years - up). Most Dedicated overall went to Emma Wilton and Taylor Dyke! Winner of the fundraising squares was Derek Hengen!A huge thank you to a great dance teacher Kelsey Baker who drove from Regina weekly! Another big thank you to Shannon Klatt for his continued assistance at that great Carlyle Memorial Hall Theatre! This club could not have been successful without all the supportive parents! Thank you dancers for being a part of a club based on "fun, friends, and building confidence". Carlyle Dance Effex is very excited for the 2011-2012 dance season! Registration in August.
