The Neepawa Natives of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League (MJHL) have announced the signing of Cade Bendtsen to a letter of intent for the 2021-22 season.

Bendtsen, a six-foot-three blue-liner, was playing with the Estevan Eclipse Downhole Solutions U18 AAA Bears program this season. He played in five games for Bears before the 2020-21 season was put on hold, and had one goal and two penalty minutes.

In 2019-20, he had six goals and 25 points in 31 games played with the Estevan Apex U18 AA Bruins.

“I am very excited to sign with Neepawa. I’ve heard nothing but great things about the town and the team from current players I have played with in the past,” says Bendtsen
